Our admissions process is designed to be simple and transparent, ensuring a smooth experience for parents and prospective students. Here’s everything you need to know about the admissions process at VIRS.
1. Prospectus
Our Prospectus provides detailed information about the school’s philosophy, academic offerings, extracurricular activities, and infrastructure. You can download the prospectus from our website or request a printed copy from our admissions office free of cost.
2. Admission Procedure
The admission procedure at VIRS is straightforward:
- Obtain the Application Form from our website or the school office.
- Submit the completed form along with the necessary documents (previous academic records, birth certificate, Aadhar Card etc.).
- Attend the entrance assessment (for applicable grades).
- Interaction/Interview with the student and parents.
- Upon successful evaluation, admission confirmation will be communicated, and the payment of fees will secure the seat.
3. Application Form
You can download the application form for the 2025 academic year from our website.
Ensure that all required fields are filled out accurately and submit the form along with the required documentation.
Alternatively, physical forms are available at the school office during working hours.
4. Eligibility Criteria
Admission to VIRS is open to boys and girls, following the eligibility criteria for different grades:
- At the time of seeking admission for a particular class, the student must be studying:
- one class lower.
- He/She must strictly meet the age requirements.
- Students must meet the health and wellness requirements set by the school.
- Kindergarten: No formal entrance exam, but an interaction with the child and parents.
- Grade 1 to Grade 9: Entrance test based on the grade-level syllabus, followed by an interaction with parents and students.
5. Fee Structure
Our fee structure is designed to offer value for the comprehensive education and facilities provided at VIRS. The fee includes tuition, boarding, meals, and extracurricular activities. Detailed information about the fee structure, including payment schedules and modes of payment, is available on the school’s website or at the admissions office. We also offer scholarships and financial aid for deserving students based on merit and need.
6. Pay Fee
At VIRS, we have devised two types of fee structures to meet the parental needs, i.e. Monthly and Half Yearly fee structures.
- Monthly: Every Month before 10th
- Half Yearly: 1st Instalment- Before 10th April and Second Instalment before 10th October
